Folkcraft® Quick-Release 1" Wide Dulcimer/Ukulele Strap, Red

Item number 2310434, Regular price $17.95

Our stylish 1" wide nylon straps are a full 55" long when fully extended. They are designed to securely hold your instrument while you're making music. We've installed a quick release buckle at both ends of the strap, so you can leave the leather tabs installed on your instrument, even when it is in your case.

These straps are handmade in the Folkcraft workshop in Woodburn, Indiana. We use a durable webbing (strap material), heavyweight leather tabs (for long life without stretching out of shape), and the best plastic quick-release buckles on the market.

Do you have an instrument with no strap buttons (or with just one strap button)? It's easy to install your own strap buttons. Here's a video that shows you how!

Strapped for Comfort

In our club we refer to the straps as seatbelts. I have a 2" wide strap for each of my Folkcraft MDs. Straps very well made and the extra width adds comfort without binding. I have the quick release on each but have never used them. The straps really help to keep the instruments from sliding off the lap and let the hands/fingers do their job with confidence.

one-inch strap

I bought this strap for my new dulcimer, but ended up liking the strap so much I got three more - one for each of my dulcimers. It fits me fine (5'5") and looks like it'll fit someone much larger than me, too. Well made, worth the money.

2 inch strap

I have three of these straps now. Really heavy leather at the end, so it stays tight on the instrument. Buckles at both ends, so I can take off the strap easily. Best straps I've found - they are wayyyyyy better than the six dollar Amazon straps.
