These nuts and bridges work fine if your fingerboard is 1 3/8” wide. However, since they have small hollow sections, they cannot be cut to fit narrower fingerboards.

I use my 1/8 router bit to cut nut and bridge slots. Folkcraft’s nuts and bridges fit nice and snug. Saves me from making them.

This product works well and can be adjusted to meet your needs

These nuts and bridges are very good for both dulcimers, and strumsticks. A little trimming may be necessary in some cases.
