I got my cherry (FSH series) dulcimer a couple of months ago, and LOVE it. It has a bright, clear tone - exactly what I expected from cherry wood. Great for old, traditional songs. Getting one in walnut next!
I love the sound of my FSH, it is bright and rich sounding. It does great in a jam and the build quality stands out too. Richard Ash built my specific instrument and did a phenomenal job! I am already saving for a custom dulcimer! Thanks Folkcraft, I will definitely be back.
