All purchases I’ve made from Folkcraft have been wonderful, especially the beautiful mahogany and butternut dulcimer, whose rich, warm tone gives me pleasure every day. And inspires me to become a better player in order to be worthy of it!
I have used these same picks for approximately 8 years and find them very consistent in quality and long lasting. I especially like two things about them. First, I like the fact that they have three gauges on each pick as well as each color having different gauges. I will often go from one gauge to another from tune to tune. Having multiple gauge picks is very handy. Second, I like the center of each pick that has raised surfaces to make holding the picks easier. It improves the ability to hold the pick more loosely and still be in control of the pick flying out of your hand.
