This custom Folkcraft brand hourglass dulcimer is hand crafted with a solid northern cherry body coupled with a lacewood soundboard which creates a bright, full tone with slight ringing overtones that projects. Lacewood accents protect the fingerboard from strumming scratches. Lacewood has a very unique water droplet pattern which gives the wood a three-dimensional look. Our custom hourglass dulcimer allows your personality to be showcased with the additional custom selections of gold finished enclosed gear machine heads, three mother-of-pearl fret dots and the "F" heart tone holes.
